you would be crazy too if you were forced to live in a 24ft motor home with 11 family members and had to listen to your mom and dad humping right next to you...your entire childhood. the movie was definitely as entertaining as it gets. 2 thumbs waaay up.

...i think i may of surfed with 'grandpa' in santa cruz, maybe 5+ ago..? long time ago but i'll never forget how this SUPER old, SUPER sun baked, wrinkled guy with no wetsuit paddled right up next to me. it was a small sunny summer day, so i peddled the cruiser with my 9"4' single fin beast on the rack down to cals. i was the only one out in cals trunken it (probably anywhere in the area) with around 30 other tourist/beginners. then came grandpa. he just smiled as everyone's jaws dropped, including mine when they saw him charging it. him and i just traded waves. i was so blown away by the guy. he was telling me about solid redwood boards he use to ride in the 1940's and thats pretty much all i can remember about our conversation. never saw him again.

now that i'm thinking about it, its all starting to come back. it friggin was him. awesome.
